We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

User shall agree that Excia Resources Sdn Bhd may send newsletters regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc. through email to the user.

Membership
The Excia E-store Membership Program is a loyalty program owned and managed by Excia Resources Sdn Bhd and it is applicable to Excia e-store only.
By applying for Membership, you hereby AGREE to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- You are only entitled to one membership, and all cumulatively purchased records are strictly not transferable.
- Excia Resources Sdn Bhd may its sole and absolute discretion terminates, suspend or cancel a Membership at any time with or without prior notice and with or without cause.
- Excia Resources Sdn Bhd shall hold no liability if a Membership application is rejected for any reason whatsoever.
- The Membership remains the property of Excia Resources Sdn Bhd at all times.
- Excia Resources Sdn Bhd shall not be liable to you or any third party authorized by or claiming through you for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, actions, suits, claims and demand whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, of loss of business, revenue of profits or of any nature suffered by you or any person for any loss, damage or injury caused or suffered by a person arising from the usage of the Membership.
- Excia Resources Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time when it is reasonably considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice shall be posted on Excia official e-store as a notification of the said amendment(s). Your continued usage of the Membership after any amendment(s) to the Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance to the such amendment(s).
- Excia Resources Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience faced by you as a result of the amendment(s) of these Terms and Conditions.
- Excia Resources Sdn Bhd reserves the right to discontinued/terminate this program. All existing members are allowed to continue to enjoy their benefits until the current membership expired. All members shall not be able to extent their membership after we had make the membership program discontinued announcement.
- Excia Resources Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any un-redeem vouchers or any other un-claimed benefits after the membership is expired. Kindly redeem your voucher before your membership expired.
