Return, Exchange, Refund and Delivery Policy

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery (trackable) by courier service within orders in Malaysia only. The standard delivery timing taken will be approximately 1 to 7 working days after the order has been placed online;

  1. Standard delivery to West Malaysia require 1 - 3 working days
  2. Standard delivery to East Malaysia require 3 to 7 working days

We use below courier services as our delivery partners to deliver your order:

  1. West Malaysia by Ninjavan / City-Link (For order more than 30kg)
  2. East Malaysia by Ninjavan / City-Link (For order more than 30kg)

For order below 30kg, unless it is an area in West and East Malaysia that is not cover by Ninjavan. Then we may use alternative partner City-Link to deliver your order.

Free delivery for order purchase amount of RM25 and above or 6kg and above within Malaysia. Free delivery will be capped at RM10.00 and the balance of the delivery charges to be borne by customers. Reseller is not entitled for free delivery.

We shall not under any circumstances be liable for loss or damage after the Products are hand over to courier services partner for delivery arrangement.

Self-collect only available for Business to Business order or large amount order by carton (Min one (1) carton). Self-collect required 2 working days in advance booking, Buyer may email us at e-store@excia.com.my with order number provided for the arrangement. We do not accept same day collection; weekends and public holiday are excluded.

Can I cancel an order?

As we aim to deliver your purchase(s) to you as quickly as possible, you may cancel your order within 24 hours upon purchased made.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We only accept return requests for goods purchased on our Website. For returns of products purchased from another retailer, please contact the original store of purchase.

How do I return/exchange an item?

To return a product you must complete this return form. We will strive to contact you within 3 to 5 working days with a Return Authorisation and further instructions on how to return your goods.

What is the return/refund policy?

1. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7 days return policy upon receipt of sales order by Excia Resources Sdn Bhd, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, proof of purchase, warranty cards (If any), manuals (If any), and all accessories (If any).
  2. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
  3. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item packs have to be returned as a whole set. If the order was received with: a gift with purchase, bonus items, bundles, sets, it must be returned together with the returned order.
  4. All returns will be reviewed first by Excia Resources Sdn Bhd and we reserve the right to perform remedies.

Once an item is return we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect, or where we believe it is applicable, provide a remedy in relation to your goods. The correct goods will be shipped to you free of any shipping charges. If we do not believe a remedy is applicable (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused or the defect/ damage is not covered by the commercial warranty), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.

As a reminder, normal price items and sales items/discounted items are non-refundable. Meaning we do not accept any return for an exchange for new gloves, cash or store credit unless it fits the above criteria.

NOTE: Please ensure the correct color and sizes are selected before proceeding to checkout.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. However the refund processing time for the amount to be credited back to your original mode of payment may vary;

Mode of payment as below:

  1. Credit/Debit card: The refund will be processed within 14 working days or up to 30 calendar days depending on your bank’s process.
  2. Online banking: The refund will be proceeded within 14 working days
  3. eWallet: The refund will be proceeded within 14 working days

Should there be any return requirements left unfulfilled, we will revert and advise you on the pending or rejected return approval via email.
