Delivery & Shipment Policy

“Company” shall mean Excia Resources Sdn Bhd (Company No: 1193050-P)
“Buyer” means the person who purchased the goods on the company’s website.
“Products” means the products made available for sale on the website including add on parts and/or spare parts.
“Website” means estore.excia.com.my

The delivery options are as follows:-
1. Standard delivery
2.Self-collect (Coming soon) (For Business to Business / large amount order by carton (Min one (1) carton))
3.International delivery (including countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam)


Free delivery for order purchase amount of RM25 and above or 6kg and above within Malaysia only. Free delivery will be capped at RM10.00 and the balance of the delivery charges to be borne by customers. Reseller (Coming soon) is not entitled for free delivery.

All standard delivery lead time will be range between 1 – 7 working days. Delivery lead time will be vary depend on the address. Delivery to West Malaysia will take 1 – 3 working days for in stock Products. Delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) will take 3 – 7 working days for in stock Products. If the Products are out of stock, customer will be notified by email about stock back in.

For self-collect (Coming soon), Buyer may contact us at e-store@excia.com.my at least 2 working days in advance for the collection arrangement with order number provided. Self-collect only available for Business to Business order or large amount order by carton (Min one (1) carton). We do not accept same day collection; weekends and public holiday are excluded.

For international delivery, delivery charges to be borne by customers. International delevery lead time will range between 7 - 15 working days. Delevery lead time will be vary depand on custom clearance and transport conditions and the areas outside of major cities of the countries. Excia Resources Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

Kindly contact us immediately if the Buyer requires additional insurance or special transportation arrangement at e-store@excia.com.my after the order has been placed.

Company shall not under any circumstances be liable for loss or damage after the Products are hand over to courier services partner for delivery arrangement.
